Who is responsible

LEBJAWI-TECH-07-SARL, trading under the brand Lebjawi Tech, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, and the date and time you sent it.
• Visiting the website: like any web server, ours processes technical data in its logs: your IP address, your browser's user agent, the page requested, and the date and time. Your IP address is also held briefly in server memory to limit abusive form submissions; it is not stored with your message.

Why we use it

• To read and answer your message and handle your request.
• To operate and secure the website.

Legal basis

• Contact form: your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your message; withdrawing it does not affect processing already carried out.
• Technical logs: processing necessary to operate and secure the website.

Required information

All four form fields (name, email, subject, message) and the consent box are required; without them the message cannot be sent. If you prefer, write to us at info@lebjawi.com or call +222 48 73 37 73.

Who receives it

• Authorised Lebjawi Tech staff only.
• Our hosting provider, Contabo, which runs the server the website and its database run on.
• If you email us directly, your email is handled by our email provider, Hostinger.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

• Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and our follow-up, then deleted; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Server logs do not currently have a fixed retention period.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. Write to us at info@lebjawi.com or by post to our registered office: TENS H36, Lot N°0300, Dar Naim, Nouakchott, Mauritania. We may ask for information to verify your identity.

You can also complain to Mauritania's personal data protection authority (Autorité de protection des données à caractère personnel).

Transfers outside Mauritania

The website and its database are hosted on a Contabo server located outside Mauritania. Emails you send us are handled by Hostinger and may be stored outside Mauritania.

Cookies and analytics

The public website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own server. Cookies are used only in the restricted administration area, to log in authorised staff.
